The first photo is a example of what should have been returned to be installed, the clasp needed to have a flat square shape in order to hook and hold onto the above slot.

Please see the below images, pay attention to the clasps and the long arms.

The below image shows the support arms on the brackets are not of equally angle , this will not be safe to install.

The below spring housing image shows the welding does not maintain the support arms to equal angle.

The below shows the clasps are not properly shaped,

one clasp still shows a beginning tear while the other one is rounded.
